The scope of functions of the new DAHW e-mail account includes:
a dahw-global.org email address with 50GB of Storage
Using Microsoft Teams to exchange messages or files directly with other dahw-global.org or dahw.de users
Ability to schedule a videoconference with Microsoft Teams in Outlook calendar and send invitation emails to all participants (even non- dahw.de or dahw-global.org participants)
1 TB cloud storage in DAHW's M365 cloud (OneDrive)
Online only Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, its not possible to install office apps on your device
The e-mail address will be retrievable under Outlook online.

Changing your default language in Outlook online, Teams and other web applications
General language settings can be found here: My Account - Settings & Privacy (microsoft.com). Choose your preferred languages and time zone settings.
To change the default language in Outlook online open the https://outlook.office.com/mail/ website and log in.
You can access your e-mail with an current e-mail program which supports OAuth2.0. If you use already Outlook you have to use at least Outlook 2016. All you need is your e-mail address, your password and access to your MFA Device. You click on the gear in upper right corner, then the gear in the middle "General". Now you can set the language for your Outlook Online user interface.
To change the default language in Microsoft Teams open this page https://teams.microsoft.com and click on the three dots in the upper corner. My adivce is to install the native teams client on your machine, the download can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software/
In the menue with the gear named "General" you can change the language of your teams web interface.
